Hello I am Kelly Garrett and I am the Creative Director at cool ideas marketing. I was born and raised in Anderson, IN. After I graduated high school I went into the U.S. Army active duty. I did basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Then went to Ft. Gordon, GA for A.I.T. as a 35J10. I spent a year at Ft. Bragg, NC with the 50th Signal Battalion in support of the 82nd Airborne. Then, I spent the remainder of my service at Ft. Campbell, KY in the 626th FSB in support of the 101st Airborne. I was honorably discharged and went into the VA Vocational Rehab program. I started my graphic design career at Pellissippi State Technical Community College in Knoxville, TN and later transferred to Horry- Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC where I obtained an Associate's Degree in Digital Arts. I then enrolled in Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. Art has always been an important part of my life, and I am glad that I can use my digital knowledge and physical artistic knowledge to create cool designs for you.
